Friday, April 30 was a huge day at Camp Concordia. God
supplied us with a beautiful day. Dave Emelander and his
son supplied enough nourishment for all the work that we
accomplished. Over 60 people supplied the help to clean
up, paint, repair and fix up camp for its opening this
summer. A few went to extreme heights to paint the
cross at the entrance to camp, while others moved what amounted to
be a mountain of leaves and brush. Outdoor woodwork received a
coat of stain and waterproofing and the playground was covered with
new wood chips. A huge thank you to all who came and helped out.
If you missed it, we look forward to seeing you next year!

REVER!
REVER!
REVER!
Our gracious God has done it again! Through the generosity of an
anonymous donor the anchor of debt has been eliminated at Camp
Concordia, In mid April Camp Concordia received a donation of
$100,000.00 for debt retirement. Join me in thanking our Almighty
God for this awesome contribution. As a result the mortgage, old
line of credit, and other existing debt have been completely elimi-
nated. Without this debt it has become possible for Camp Concordia
to complete some extremely urgent upgrades and repairs, as
well as re-establish a good credit rating with the businesses
that service the camp. Words cannot adequately ex-
press our thankfulness for the generosity of God’s
people as they support Camp Concordia. We are
looking forward to great things as we continue to
proclaim Jesus Christ to our youth campers and all
the families who visit and enjoy His blessings at Camp! Let us give
thanks unto the Lord, for He is good and His mercy endures forever!
